Cancellation Policy 

Cancellation and No Show Policy

 

All cancelling or rescheduling of sessions must take place more than 24 hours prior to your appointment by phone call or email.  This advance notice allows therapists to schedule other clients who are waiting for an opening. 

 

If you are unable to cancel and reschedule more than 24 hours prior to your appointment time, the following will apply: 

 

  1. For Insurance clients, we will bill you $125 

  2. For Sliding Fee Scale clients, we will bill your sliding fee amount.  

  3. For Compassion Fund clients, we will bill you $40.  

  4. For Medicaid clients, after two late cancellations or no shows in a row, recurring sessions (i.e. Tuesday at 10) will no longer be available, and you will need to call in to schedule with our administrative assistant.
