Virginia native Caitlin McCaslin brings a strong commitment to neurodiversity-affirming care to the Adagio House team. She holds a B.S. in Linguistics and Biology from William & Mary and earned her M.S. in Speech-Language Pathology from James Madison University.

Caitlin gained hands-on clinical experience locally at Bessie Weller Elementary and Sentara RMH acute care. She specializes in supporting individuals across the lifespan, with particular expertise in: Developmental language disorder, autism, and developmental disabilities, Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) users, Complex and multifactorial speech sound disorders
