Fee Schedule

Fees vary and may change for different appointment types and providers. We also offer a sliding scale fee schedule for clinical appointments to allow our clients more flexibility and choice.

If you need to request records of your or your loved one’s treatment or other information, please download and fill out the Records Request form and email it to info@adagiohouse.org.

Inclement Weather Policy

When inclement weather affects our area, we will post any closings or opening delays on WHSV as well as our social media and website. We will contact clients whose appointments may be affected by closures.
