Hannah Weideman
Licensed Professional Counselor
I have been a therapist at Adagio House since January 2024. I believe that people have an inherent capacity for growth, healing, and positive change. My goal is to create a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where clients can explore their thoughts, emotions, and experiences, and build lives that feel authentic, meaningful, and aligned with their values.
I operate heavily from a person-centered approach, while also drawing from CBT, ACT, and DBT. As a late diagnosed autistic therapist, it is my goal to provide neuro-affirming care and create an environment that emphasizes safety, collaboration, autonomy, and respect. I believe that differences in how we think, learn, communicate, and experience the world are a part of life, and I work alongside clients to build on their strengths while navigating the challenges they may face.
