Pamela Adams
Director of Operations

A native of the Shenandoah Valley, Pamela joined Adagio House in 2021 after a 20-year career in corporate finance.

Her journey with Adagio House began as a member of the Board of Directors, where her passion for the organization's mission led her to transition into a staff role. Today, she manages daily administrative operations and oversees the day program for adults with intellectual disabilities, creating a welcoming and supportive environment for everyone who walks through the doors.

Pamela lives on a farm in Dayton with her husband and son. Outside of work, you can usually find her running, watching sports or spending quality time with her extended family.
