Deborah Kilheffer Haddad serves as the Community Support Program Coordinator at Adagio House, leading Our Village Adult Day Program.

Originally from Lancaster, PA, Deb brings a rich global perspective from her time living in Albania and Hong Kong. With a background in biology and divinity, nearly a decade in disability services, and lived experience as a proud mom of four children with disabilities, she offers a deep well of compassion, knowledge, and practical insight. She joined Adagio House to help underserved families access vital resources and build a supportive community for a brighter future.

Deb brings her trademark warmth and humor into everything she does—whether she’s whipping up spicy international dishes, painting through the winter, drawing cartoons when inspiration strikes, or caring for her two pet emus, He-mu and She-mu!
