I’m excited to join the team as a Counseling Resident.

My approach is client-centered and relationally grounded — drawing on emotion-focused and attachment-based work — because I believe our struggles make the most sense in the context of our relationships and lived experience, and that real change happens through honest, felt connection.

I aim to create a space that feels warm and human, where you can feel understood and get curious about yourself without judgment. I’m grateful to be part of this community and look forward to working alongside clients at Adagio House.
